Proceeds from a Milton diner’s new milkshake will go towards an annual toy drive to help purchase toys for children in need this holiday season.

Troy’s Diner, located at 295 Main St. E., is best known for its all-day breakfast and traditional diner food items including milkshakes.

This holiday season, the restaurant has created a snowman-looking milkshake called the “Miracle on Main Milkshake,” with all proceeds going towards Miracle on Main.

This year, the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation (TJSF), has partnered with the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) for the fourth annual Miracle on Main Street Christmas donation drive.

In a YouTube video introducing the milkshake, Troy Newton, owner of Troy’s Diner said, “You know we’re famous for our milkshakes, but here’s our newest milkshake we’re providing now. It’s called the Miracle on Main milkshake.”

According to the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area, Troy’s Diner is also accepting toy donations as well as hosting their annual Truckload sale in support of the Miracle on Main Street toy drive.
