Pride Niagara holds 10th Annual Niagara UNITY awards in Thorold

Farra N Hyte is a versatile entertainer on stage and will be the headliner when Pride Niagara hosts its annual Niagara UNITY Awards later this month.

Pride Niagara just announced that the 10th Annual 2023 Niagara UNITY Awards will be held at the Amici’s Banquet Hall and Conference Centre on May 30 from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.

Said Pride Niagara, “This gala showcases the important successes of individuals organizations, and groups that have made an impact for our Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Plus (2SLGBTQ+) community here in the Niagara Region.”

Sponsored by TD Bank, the event features an open wine reception by Hernder Estate Wines, silent auction, formal three course dinner, entertainment and, of course, the Niagara UNITY Awards ceremony itself.

This year’s special guest will be Farra N Hyte, a Toronto headliner for over 20 years and the only Canadian in history to have won two international drag pageants, Miss Continental Plus and National Showgirl@Large.

The Amici’s Banquet Hall and Conference Centre is located at 2740 Merrittville Highway in Thorold. Tickets are $50 each or $400 for a table of eight. You can find them HERE.
