Pretty in Pink: Niagara Falls lights it up for Valentine’s Day

Think pink… and also red as Niagara Falls lights it up for lovers tonight to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Starting at 6 pm and running until 11 pm, the falls will light up in pink and red, so get the cameras out.
While the Niagara Falls Illumination Board didn’t say how long the falls will be lit up in romantic colours, the usual time is 15 minutes so people – or in this case, couples – can snap a memory of their trip.
Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati was certainly feeling the rosy hues this morning as he posted, “Wishing everyone near & far a happy Valentine’s Day 2023 from Niagara Falls, the ‘honeymoon capital of the world!’ The Falls will be illuminated tonight (Tues, February 14)in pink & red hourly from 6-11 PM in celebration of Valentine’s Day!”
(As for pink being a girl’s colour and blue being a boy’s? That’s a fallacy. From birth, both genders prefer blue.)
