Power outage leaves over 1,300 homes and businesses in the dark in Brampton

Crews are working to restore power to over 1,300 homes and businesses in Brampton this morning (June 13).
Around 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Alectra said there was a blackout in Brampton of some 1,378 customers in the area of Goreway Dr. and Castlemore Rd.
Alectra said repair crews were on route and expects power to be restored by around 2:00 p.m.

UPDATE: Alectra says the outage has been restored and is asking anyone in the area still without power to call 1-833-ALECTRA.
