With today being April 20 – or 4/20, as it’s called by marijuana aficionados – it seems only appropriate that the annual Niagara Falls 420 Expo will take place this Saturday (April 22) at the Niagara Falls Convention.

The day is a celebration of all things pot-related and this year’s event will feature more than 30,000 square feet of all things cannabis, including; exhibitors, educational seminars, guest speakers, manufacturers, and more.

The Niagara Falls convention is North America’s largest celebration for Doobie Brothers and Sisters and while, of course, there will be none for sale – Ontario law prohibits it outside of licensed retailers – more than 75 exhibitors and vendors will showcase cannabis brands and product, celebrities, paraphernalia, and clothing.

However, for the ganga crowd, there will be an outdoor patio where they can puff freely.

Cannabis has been legal in Canada for four and a half years now and Niagara Falls is one of the municipalities that allows licenced stores within city limits.

“The reception from cannabis enthusiasts from across Niagara and Ontario has been nothing but positive since out first show in 2019, and with thousands of retail stores now open across Canada, there’s a large market itching to participate in an event such as this one,” co-organizer Chris Dabrowski told St. Catharines radio statio 610-CKTB.
