Possible hit-and-run in Mississauga under investigation

Police say a pedestrian was struck in Mississauga and the driver sped away.
At 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, Peel Regional Police were called about a collision between a driver and pedestrian at Redstone and Marion roads in Mississauga. The police say the driver was last seen heading westbound on Redstone Road.
Failure to remain at the scene of a collision is an offence under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
No information was immediately available on the condition of the pedestrian.
