Mississauga finally hosts its first-ever craft beer festival

An annual festival for a good cause is set to return to Port Credit in Mississauga.

The fifth annual event, called Cabinfest, hosted by CABIN Barber & Gentlemen Supply, will take place at the Small Arms Inspection Building, located at 1352 Lakeshore Rd. East on Nov. 25.

The private community social event spotlights local businesses as well as community leaders while providing awareness and raising funds for a good cause. This year’s beneficiary will be Epilepsy South Central Ontario.

The festival is set to feature live music and entertainment, a cookout barbecue, whiskey tastings, local craft beer and a vendor marketplace.

It will also feature DJs on the main stage, interactive games, contests and more.

Pending availability, complimentary haircuts and tattoos will also be offered on a first come first serve basis.

The event will take place from 7:30 p.m. to midnight and tickets are on sale now starting at $50.00.

Editor’s Note: A previous version of this article stated that the event was public. While it is a private event this year, they are hoping to make it a public event next year.
