It looks like Square One is welcoming another famous face to the shopping centre–and soon.
Square One, which just hosted celebrity chef Bobby Flay for a food-centric hospital fundraiser, is about to receive a visit from another beloved public figure.
Marcus Stroman, pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays, is going to make an appearance at the mall’s Holt Renfrew location on Oct. 25.
In one week! I’m excited to be DJing for this amazing event. Come get you some HDMH gear at this pop up!

In a recent tweet, Stroman–founder of the Height Doesn’t Make Heart (HDMH) apparel line–said he’s going to SQ1’s Holt Renfrew location to launch an exclusive HDMH pop-up.
Stroman says 100 per cent of net sale proceeds will go to support breakfast programs for at-eisk youth.
Shoppers will be able to check out the pop-up starting at 10:00 a.m., and the first 100 customers who spend $200 or more will get front of the line access to meet Stroman.
Stroman will be on site from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
As far as apparel goes, HDMH sells hats, hoodies, tank tops, t-shirts, hooded pullovers and other accessories.
So if you want to meet Stroman and grab a new hoodie, you can do so next week.
