Residents of Brampton and Mississauga seeking their first COVID-19 vaccination can get it at a pair walk-in clinics this week.

Both are open to youth age 12 to 17 seeking a first or a second dose, and adults who need their first. Booking online is recommended, but Peel Public Health says the clinics will have the capacity to take walk-ins for people needing their first dose.

On Tuesday (July 6), there will be a clinic at Brampton’s Sandalwood Heights Secondary School (2671 Sandalwood Pkwy. E., Brampton). It runs from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

On Thursday (July 8), there will also be a walk-in clinic at Mississauga Secondary School (550 Courtney Park Dr. W., Mississauga). This clinic is scheduled to be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Appointments can be booked through peelregion.ca/coronavirus/vaccine
