Police have identified two of the three women wanted in the theft of more than $30,000 of sunglasses from a Lenscrafter outlet at Pickering City Centre last month.

Durham Police said three women walked into the store on September 29 and walked out with more than 60 pairs of designer sunglasses.

The West Division Criminal Investigations Branch were able to identify two suspects and officers executed a search warrant on Sunday at a home near Dundas Street and Scarlett Road in Etobicoke, with more than $25,000 of the stolen property recovered.

Two of the suspects have been identified and are wanted by police.

An unidentified third suspect is wanted on the same charges.

Investigators are advising the suspects to contact counsel and turn themselves into police. Anyone who is found to be assisting the suspects to evade police is guilty of an offence under the Criminal Code of Canada and will be prosecuted.
