Police seeking to identify suspect after thefts at three LCBO locations in Burlington

Halton police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect involved in theft incidents at three LCBO locations in Burlington.

Police say on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 3:22 p.m., the suspect attended the LCBO located at 501 Appleby Line in the City of Burlington and concealed two bottles of Johnnie Walker Black Label whiskey valued at $153.90 in his yellow jacket.

Police say on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 11:14 a.m., the suspect attended the LCBO located at 1235 Fairview Street in the City of Burlington and concealed two bottles of Glenfiddich 14-year-old Bourbon Barrel Reserve valued at $149.90 in his yellow jacket.

Police say on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., the suspect attended the LCBO located at 501 Appleby Line in the City of Burlington and concealed two bottles of Glenfiddich Single Malt 15 Year Old valued at $195.90 in his yellow jacket.

On all three occasions, the suspect left the store without making any attempts to purchase the alcohol, according to police.

The suspect is described as male, white, between 35-40 years of age, 5’7 and weighs 180 lbs, police say.
