Police seek suspects who fired a gun during incident at Burlington apartment

Halton police are searching for two suspects after a shot was fired inside an apartment building in the northeast corner of Burlington.

On Dec. 5 at around 8:40 a.m., police report two suspects entered a second-floor apartment in the area of Dundas St. and Sutton Dr.

The person who called police said one of the suspects had a handgun. A second resident of the unit attempted to force the suspects out of the unit and, at that time, a shot was fired that embedded in the wall. No injuries reported and the suspects then fled.

Suspects are described as black males. A police spokesperson said the investigation is ongoing.
