Police searching for three suspects after stabbing in Oshawa, Ontario sends one person to hospital

Police are searching for three men after a stabbing in downtown Oshawa Thursday night.

Durham Police said the victim and a friend were waking on the street near Celina Street and Bruce Street at 10:40 p.m. Thursday when they were approached by the three suspects, who engaged them in a verbal altercation.

One of the suspects then stabbed the victim before all three ran off.

Police arrived on the scene and discovered the victim suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to a Toronto trauma centre where he is listed in stable condition.

The first suspect is described only as a white male. The second suspect is Black, about 5’6” and the third suspect is described as a 6-foot white man.
