Police searching for suspect following attempted armed robbery in Mississauga

Police are searching for a suspect following an alleged attempted armed robbery in Mississauga.

Peel police say a victim told officers that a suspect armed with a firearm attempted to steal his vehicle.

The alleged incident took place in the Dixie Rd. and Burnhamthorpe Rd. area around 1:20 on April 9. 

Officers are in the area searching for the suspect.
