Police searching for man missing from Whitby’s Ontario Shores

Police are searching for a missing patient from Ontario Shores who was last seen Friday afternoon.

Shane Boney, 32, left Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences at 1:30 p.m. Friday and has yet to return. Police and hospital staff say they are concerned for his well being.

It is believed Boney may head toward the Toronto area.

He is described as a male, Black, with a slim build, short black hair, and a slight moustache. Boney was last seen wearing a black jacket, grey pants, and brown shoes. He has a tattoo of a spider on his neck.
