Police searching for male attempting to enter parked vehicles in Mississauga

Officers are searching a male suspect who was reportedly seen trying the doors of parked cars in Mississauga.

Police were called late Friday night after a resident noticed the male in the residential area of Selsey and Asta Dr, near Cawthra at the QEW.

Peel Police’s K9 unit attended but did not locate the suspect.

He is described as a white man in his mid 20s, 5’7, with short brown hair. He was wearing a grey Roots sweater.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
