Police search for woman missing in Mississauga

UPDATE: Police say Sookno was located in good health.
Police are asking the public for help locating a 72-year-old woman who has gone missing in Mississauga.
Peel Regional Police say 72-year-old Sookno was last seen around 7:40 p.m. in the 1400 block of Williamsport Dr. in Mississauga on Sunday (July 16).
She is described as standing 5 feet and 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 120 lbs. She was last seen wearing light brown pants, a blue and green long-sleeve shirt, black Crocs, and a pair of red-rimmed eyeglasses.

Peel Regional Police are no longer releasing the last name or gender of a missing person in most cases, saying last names of missing persons will only be provided if there is “an investigative value to do so.”
