Police responding to people fighting with bats, damaging vehicles in Brampton

Officers are on scene for a weapons call in Brampton this afternoon (June 20).

At 5:23 p.m., police received reports of multiple people people fighting with bats and damaging vehicles in the area of Orchard Dr and Steeles Ave E near Kennedy.

Paramedics have assessed three people with minor injuries.

Police say three vehicles were seen fleeing the area, one of which was white and one of which was dark coloured. There is currently no description for the third vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.
