Police release photo of Mississauga break-and-enter suspect

Police are warning of two robbers who have been on the prowl in south Mississauga, where they have been breaking into homes and succeseded in stealing two cars.

The Peel Regional Police’s break-and-enter unit in 11 Division say that the crimes that they are investigating took place overnight on Wednesday and Thursday (Sept. 29-30). The incidents all took place at homes between Mavis Road and Glengarry Road (east-west) and Dundas Street and The Queensway (north-south).

Homeowners that believe they may have been a victim of a break and enter, or the victims of a theft, are asked to contact investigators from the 11 Division.

At one of the locations, the suspects gained access to the home while the occupants were sleeping. They swiped several items before driving off in two stolen vehicles.

Anyone with information on this incident, including surveillance video or information on the identity of the suspect, is asked to contact 905-453-2121 extension. 1133.
