Police release images of suspect in Brampton shooting, still at large

Peel Regional Police are seeking public assistance in locating the suspect involved in the shooting that left a man with serious injuries yesterday (Sept. 13).
According to authorities, the shooting took place at approximately 3:10 p.m., in the area of McLaughlin Rd. and Bovaird Dr.
The suspect and victim, who were unknown to each other, were involved in a verbal argument that escalated and led to the suspect allegedly shooting the victim several times.
The victim was transported to a trauma centre and is currently in non-life-threatening condition.
Police have now identified the suspect as Damian Solomon, a 23-year-old man from Brampton.
Authorities are urging the public not to approach Solomon if spotted, as he may be armed, but call 9-1-1 immediately.
