Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) have released an image of a suspect vehicle believed to be involved in a series of window smashing incidents in the Niagara Region.

This is an update on a current NRPS investigation into 34 incidents of property damage.

On June 28, police say they received 16 reports of large, garden stones thrown through one residence and multiple car windows in Grimsby.

The damage continued on June 30 with an additional 18 incidents reported to police with startling similarity to the first series of incidents.

Police say the image is from the St. Catharines/Thorold area and the individual is hard to recognize. The vehicle, however, is possible to identify with the help of the public.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 1 District detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 10009590.
