Niagara Police are on the hunt for a man who committed indecent acts at a St. Catharines mall last week.
Police were called at the Pen Centre shopping mall just before 8:30 pm on November 3 after getting reports of a man following women and filming them, as well as exposing his penis in public.
The man bolted on foot before the police arrived and even the K9 Unit couldn’t find him afterwards.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, 5-foot-4 with a slender build and a scraggly goatee.
He was last seen wearing (see photo below) a dark beanie toque, orange sport sunglasses, grey baggy sweatpants, a dark construction jacket with neon/grey reflectors on the jacket (X pattern on back), a grey hooded sweatshirt and black running shoes with white soles.
The investigating officers are attempting to identify the suspect and are appealing to the public. Anyone who may know or recognize the suspect are asked to contact officers by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009570.
