Police on scene of reported shooting in downtown Hamilton

Hamilton Police are on the scene of a shooting incident Monday morning (Nov. 1) in the city’s downtown.
Police say there have been reports of shots fired in the area of Queen Street N and York Boulevard, though no injuries have been reported.
“There is a police presence in the area,” a police Tweet said. “Please use alternate routes in your travels as police investigate.
In the meantime, Queen Street between York and Napier Street remains closed.
