Police on scene for stabbing in Brampton

Police responded to the scene of a stabbing incident in Brampton this afternoon (May 23).

Around 1:00 p.m., responding officers located a male suffering from a possible stab wound in the area of Glidden and Kennedy Rd.

The male was taken to a trauma centre. It’s unknown if his injury is life-threatening at this time.

A male suspect has been taken into custody by police.

The investigation is ongoing.

Residents are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
