Police on scene for retail store robbery in Mississauga

Police are responding to a robbery in Mississauga this afternoon (Jan. 9).

An unspecified amount of cash was taken at a retail store in the area of Dixie Rd and Dundas St.

No weapons were seen and there were no injuries, police say.

The suspect is described as a 50 year old white man, slim, with grey hair and brown stubble, wearing glasses, a grey hat, black coat and black pants.

The investigation is ongoing.
