Police on scene for reports of suspicious package in Mississauga

A police investigation is underway this morning (August 1) in Mississauga.

Officers are on scene at Dixie Rd and Eglinton Ave for reports of a suspicious package in the area.

Residents are asked to stay out of the area and use other routes until further notice.

UPDATE: Police say the suspicion has been cleared. Roadways in the area are reopened.
