Police looking for woman who stole cars, credit cards from Burlington gyms

Halton Regional Police are looking for help in identifying a woman who stole a car along with credit cards from gym members at two different fitness facilities in Burlington.

The incidents took place on June 5 at an LA Fitness gym located at 3011 Appleby Line and an LA Fitness facility located at 1326 Brant St.

The suspect entered the female change room at each location and both times grabbed car keys and a wallet from open lockers.

She would then leave the fitness facility and each time stole a vehicle from the parking lot. She then proceeded to use the stolen credit cards at different locations around Burlington.

Police describe the suspect as a female in her mid-20’s with a heavy build. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a plaid shirt and had on dark sandals.
