Police looking for suspects in three separate theft, assault investigations in Ajax, Clarington

Durham police are requesting the public’s help to solve three separate crimes in Ajax and Clarington, including two thefts and a group assault.
The first crime took place February 12 in Clarington. Two men entered a store and stole a variety of goods.
The first suspect is described as a white man, standing 5’10”-6’0″ tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hat, a black “Crooks” sweater, and black coveralls.
The other suspect is also described as white, and standing 5’10”-6’0″ tall. He wore a blue-grey long sleeved shirt, and khaki pants.
The second incident occurred February 14 on Green Road in Clarington. The suspect walked into a store and made off with a quantity of merchandise. The theft was captured by the store’s surveillance cameras.

The man is described as white, standing 5’10”-6’0′ tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black Helly Hansen hat, a black jacket, a black and grey Ecko sweater, and grey track pants.

Finally, the third crime police need help solving involves an assault in Ajax on March 7. As the victim was getting out of a taxi near Monarch Avenue and Bayly Street West, three men rolled up in a white Volkswagen SUV with an unknown license plate.
The trio stopped the SUV in the middle of the intersection and beat up the victim.
All three suspects are described as Black men. The first was a heavier set man with black hair. He wore a black jacket with a white t-shirt underneath and black pants.
The second was slim, with black hair, wearing a black jacket, and black pants. The third also had black hair and wore a grey jacket with black pants.
