Police Investigating Suspicious Vehicle Fire in Mississauga

Officers are on scene for an investigation this afternoon.

Peel police got a call at 6:51 p.m. regarding a vehicle on fire in the area of Dixie and Lakeshore Road.

While the cause is currently unknown, police believe the circumstances of the fire are suspicious.

The investigation is ongoing.

Residents may want to avoid the area for the time being.
