Peel Police are currently investigating an incident where shots were fired into a residence in Mississauga.

According to police, the incident occurred in the area of Eglinton and Hurontario.

No injuries have been reported.

Investigators and Forensic Identification Services attended the scene.

No suspect description is currently available. Police say there is no immediate threat to the public.

The call regarding this incident came in at 12:39 a.m. this morning (March 26).
