Police investigating knifepoint robbery in Caledon home

Police are investigating a knifepoint robbery at a private residence in Caledon.

The Caledon detachment of the OPP said shortly after midnight on Sept. 11, officers were called to a home on Heather Street. Police allege that three suspects “forcefully entered” the house and demanded items while brandishing a knife.

Police say items were stolen from the home, including money and a 2019 black Acura MDX with Ontario license plate number CYPP 068.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators believe the robbery was targeted and that there are no threats to public safety.
