Police investigating after man found dead in St. Catharines

Police say two suspects are in custody after another man was found dead in St. Catharines.

Niagara police say that around 8 pm on April 10, officers were called to a home in the Louth St. and Pelham Rd. area to investigate reports that a person was injured.

Police say officers and paramedics located an adult male without vital signs and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Two men were subsequently taken into custody in connection with the incident.

Police say more details about the case will be released “when appropriate.”

Detectives say there is no threat to public safety at this time.
