Police identify Mississauga man killed in Caledon motorcycle crash

Police in Caledon have identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they were called to a stretch of road on King Street between Mississauga Road and Heritage Road in Caledon around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday for reports of a two-vehicle collision.

When officers arrived on scene they found the driver of motorcycle who had been traveling westbound lost control and was ejected from the vehicle. Police say the driver was then struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound, resulting in fatal injuries.

Justin Gun-Munro, 31, of Mississauga was pronounced deceased at the scene.

King Street was closed for several hours following the crash, and police are still investigating what caused the incident.
