Police identify involved party in relation to sexual assault at Milton park

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has identified the involved party in relation to a sexual assault that took place on Oct. 2 at Raspberry Park in Milton.

Police say the party involved was a youth, who has been dealt with in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The three potential witnesses have also been identified and are also youths, according to police.

Police say no further information will be provided.
