An armed robbery at a convenience store in Mississauga has Peel police searching for three suspects on Wednesday morning.

A gun was seen, said Peel Regional Police Const. Rachel Gibbs.

The incident took place in the Lisgar-Meadowvale area on Jan. 9 near Trelawny Circle and Tenth Line W at 11:27 p.m.

“It looks like the clerk was the lone person at the time,” Gibbs said.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects made off with cash and police dogs were called in to track the trio, who fled on foot.

They’re described as white males, 16 to 18.

Anyone with information is asked to phone the central robbery unit at (905) 453-2121 ext. 3410 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
