UPDATE: 28-year-old Welland man found safe

UPDATE: Steven Soos has been located in the Niagara Region and is safe.

Niagara Police are looking for a 28-year-old man who’s been missing from Welland since 10:15 am this morning (August 26).

Steven Soos last known location was “believed to be” the Broadway and Prince Charles Drive area of Welland.

Police and Soos’ family have no idea whether he’s on foot, in a car or gone through some other means of transportation.

He is described as a white male, six-foot and 195 pounds.

His family doesn’t know what clothing he was wearing when he went missing.

Soos’ family and the police “are concerned for his welfare,” asking the public to be on the look-out for him and report any sightings to the police.
