Update: Police, family are concerned about safety of Brampton man missing since last week

A 58-year-old Brampton man has been missing since Thursday and police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating him.

Douglas Brown was last seen in the area of Hurontario St. and Charolais Blvd. in Brampton.

Update, 6:30 p.m. Aug. 30: Brown has been located in good health, Peel police say.

He is described as male, 5-foot-10, 250 lbs, heavy build, shoulder-length wavy grey hair, long grey beard, brown eyes. He is believed to be wearing a T-shirt, beige cargo pants and black running shoes.

Police and family are concerned for his well-being.
