Police confirm identity of man killed during alleged break-in at Milton house

Halton police have confirmed the identity of the man killed during an alleged break-in at a Milton home Sunday, Feb. 19.

Following post-mortem examination, police have confirmed the deceased as 21-year-old Alexander Amoroso-Leacock of Toronto.

This investigation is ongoing and police continue to appeal to anyone who may have information on three outstanding suspects that fled the scene in a white vehicle.

The vehicle is believed to be a light-coloured Dodge Charger with a sunroof and black wheels.

One of the residents of the home, Ali Mian, 22, of Milton has been charged with second degree murder.

Romario Clarke, 20, of Oshawa is facing one count of break and enter, and one count of unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Three suspects are still at large.
