Police concerned for well-being of missing man from Acton

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man from Acton.

According to police, Paul Prowse, a 62-year-old from Acton was last seen on foot at approximately 11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2022, in the area of Main St. North and River St. in Acton.

Prowse is described as a white male, approximately 5’9” tall and 100 lbs with a skinny build, has straight, white shoulder-length hair, a white beard and a black dot on his left cheek.

Police say he has a Rolling Stones “red lip” tattoo on his right shoulder and several scars on his arms and legs. He was last seen wearing brown and blue running shoes, black jeans with a hole over the knee on one side, a long sleeve red and black plaid shirt, a mustard-coloured winter jacket with a hood and a brown baseball hat.

Police say Prowse is vulnerable and police are concerned for his well-being.

Anyone with information about Prowse or his possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
