Update: Missing Oakville man last seen in Burlington safely located

UPDATE: Phillipe Richardson has been safely located.  The Halton Regional Police Service thanks the community for their assistance in this investigation.

 

Halton Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an Oakville man who went missing in Burlington.

Phillipe Richardson, 27, has been missing since Tuesday night (March 14).

He was last known to be in the area of Brant St. and Fairview St. in Burlington at around 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police are concerned for his well-being and are asking anyone who may have seen him to contact them.

Richardson is described as being six-foot-tall with a heavy build and medium length black hair and a black beard.

He was wearing a long green jacket, a yellow T-shirt and green/grey shorts.
