A Brampton man is facing charges including trespassing and mischief after allegedly crashing a Jeep in a farmer’s field this week.

Shortly before 5:15 on Monday (May 22), the OPP posted on Twitter that officers from the Caledon detachment had arrested the driver of a black Jeep.

The 23-year-old Brampont driver was allegedly driving through a farmer’s field when the Jeep rolled over.

Photos shared from the scene by police show what appear to be multiple tire tracks rutted into the field and the vehicle loaded onto a trailer.

The OPP says the driver from Brampton was charged with:

  • Dangerous Operation
  • Mischief
  • Trespassing

“What do you get when you cross a private field and a Jeep?” the OPP asked on Twitter following the incident.

And the answer?

“Arrested,” police said.

Police did not disclose the name of the accused.
