Police ask for help to ID suspect in Hamilton gas station robbery

Hamilton Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery on the west mountain last month.

According to police, on October 7 at 1:27 a.m., the suspect entered a Gas Bar in the area of Upper Paradise Road and Stone Church Road West.

He is then said to have approached the clerk and demanded cash and was last seen fleeing on foot eastbound on Stone Church Road West.

The employee of the story did not incur any physical injuries as a result of the incident, police said.

The Hamilton Police BEAR Unit has taken over the investigation and is seeking the assistance of the public with identifying the suspect.

The suspect is described as:

  • Late 20’s
  • Thin build
  • Black puffy jacket with a white logo on the left side
  • Black hoodie with a large grey Blue Jays logo on the chest
  • Black pants
  • Black baseball cap with a square grey logo
  • Dark mask
  • White and black low cut converse basketball shoes
