Police arrest driver clocked at 126km/h in 70 zone along busy Hamilton street

Hamilton Police have arrested a driver who was clocked travelling 126 km/h along a 70 km/h stretch of Centennial Parkway recently.

In a Tweet sent out Friday morning (Oct. 22), police said the driver has been charged with stunt driving and their car had been impounded for two weeks.

The driver was also subjected to a 30-day license suspension.

“Hamilton police will continue to take a zero-tolerance approach to stunt driving,” police said in the Tweet.
