Police and K9 on Scene Following Bank Robbery in Mississauga

Police and K9 are on scene following a bank robbery in Mississauga.

Shortly before 11:30 a.m., Peel police announced that officers were attending the site of a bank robbery in the Lakeshore and Stavebank area. 

No injuries were sustained, but property was taken.

The suspect is described as a black male who is not armed. He was last seen wearing all black and carrying a black bag. 

The suspect fled on foot.

Police are asking residents to please avoid the area and contact police immediately if they spot the suspect.
