Police allegedly find loaded gun, drugs at Mississauga residence

A Mississauga man is facing charges following a recent police investigation.

On Saturday, July 23, officers executed a search warrant at a Mississauga residence where they allegedly located and seized a loaded firearm, ammunition, and a quantity of drugs.

20 year old Mississauga man Tyler Quinton was arrested and charged with:

• Unauthorized possession of a firearm
• Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
• Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
• Careless storage of firearm
• Possession for the purpose of trafficking
• Fail to comply with release order

He was held for a bail hearing and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
