Conservative Party of Canada Leader Pierre Poilievre gave an interview to American celebrity Joe Rogan on his podcast – a program consistently ranked as the number one podcast in the world.
Rogan endorsed Poilievre in the 2025 Canadian federal election and previously said he invited the Conservative leader on his show, but that offer was declined because “it was too problematic.”
But Poilievre said on Wednesday that he sat down with Rogan for an interview where he “fought for Canadian workers and Canadian interests.” He also said in a post on social media he wants tariff-free trade with the U.S.
The episode of The Joe Rogan Experience featuring Poilievre hasn’t aired, but the Conservative leader shared a link where listeners can sign up “to watch it first.”
Poilievre shied away from the press during the election, with the Conservatives banning journalists from travelling with Poilievre on his campaign plane and bus during the election.
The Conservative leader recently appeared on Canadian journalist Peter Mansbridge’s The Bridge podcast.
