Welcome to Rose Garden Yoga, a private home studio in the heart of Mississauga offering Kundalini Yoga to heal, uplift and inspire!
Kundalini Yoga is one of the most powerful and effective methods of yoga. It stimulates optimal health and a radiant sense of well being with simple yogic techniques than can be practiced by anyone. Positive effects can be noticed right away.
Kundalini Yoga helps to balance the energy systems in the body, including the brain, the glandular and nervous systems. This helps you function at a consistently higher level, without exhausting your mind and body.
When the body and mind are at ease, inspiration flows freely and peace of mind is realized.

Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Kundalini Yoga ~ Ongoing Kundalini Yoga classes with a different theme every class appealing to all levels of practitioners. Kundalini Yoga is a deep and rich tradition and you will find that nearly every class teaches you something new, even after years of practice. Beginners welcome!
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15am-7:30am Sunrise Kundalini Yoga ~ Kundalini Yoga to wake up to a beautiful day. Who wants to be in a good mood the whole day ahead and recharge, to feel cheerful, healthy, stable, calm, confident and balanced! Start your day with a Kundalini Yoga class and deep meditation and you will see how great your life may become. At this class we will do special kriyas for life energy, a stronger nervous system, a balanced glandular system, internal balance, intuition, confidence, better relations with people and realization fo your full potential!

This workshop introduces Kundalini Yoga practices for releasing fear and understanding its illusionary nature. Like pirates on the high seas, fear robs you of your peace and happiness. Hari Manit Kaur will guide you in Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations to focus on shifting your perspective and applying awareness to help you develop an experiential understanding of the state of fear-less-ness.
When we start to release self-judging thoughts, our ideas and perceptions become clearer, giving way to intuition, called “true” knowledge. Fear holds little or no energy in this greater state.
The workshop will include:
* Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
* A short discussion, guided exercises and time for Q & A
* Chai tea and snacks will be served.
Open to all levels of students interested in living freely in non-attachment. Please come prepared for practicing physical postures as well as dynamic breath work.
