Two vehicles collided near Bovaird and Brisdale drives — the call came in at 9:41 p.m. Monday.
The woman was a passenger in the van, said Yashnyk, and was transported to hospital where she died of her injuries.
Three others were also sent to hospital: an 18-year-old female driver and two male passengers, ages 14 and 16.
It’s too early to comment on charges being laid, said Yashnyk.
