Police in Caledon are hoping residents will recognize a pair of alleged armed robbers caught on camera during a crime spree last month.

Photos released by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) show a pair of suspects accused of holding up a gas station in Caledon and a convenience store in Beeton in the early morning hours of Nov. 17.

Police say two armed suspects entered a gas station in Caledon on Airport Rd. near Old Church Rd around 6:30 a.m. on the day of the robbery and demanded cash and cigarettes from a gas station employee.

Just half an hour alter, police say the same duo entered a convenience store on Main St. in the town of Beeton, about 40 km northeast from the first robbery.

The suspects again used weapons in the second hold-up and demanded cash, and police said no one was injured in the robberies.

Police believe the first suspect is male and is described as having light skin and an average build. He was wearing a grey and white “trucker style” baseball cap with a sticker on the brim, a camouflaged face covering with florescent orange around neck, and dark gloves.

The second suspect also had light skin and is believed to be male. He has a thin build and was wearing a black hoodie with a white Philadelphia Eagles NFL logo on the chest, dark gloves and a white toque.

Police say the suspects fled both locations in a grey Honda CRV with an Ontario license plate of BXRK050, which was reported stolen to Peel Regional Police in November.

Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact the Caledon OPP Detachment at 905-584-2241 or Nottawasaga OPP at 705-434-1939. The Ontario Provincial Police can also be reached toll-free at 1-888-310-1122.
