Mayor Patrick Brown hitched a ride with members of Brampton Fire and Emergency Services in a firetruck to deliver prizes to the winners of the City’s Halloween costume contest.

After the Province eased restrictions for outdoor events last month, Brampton announced several events that had to be canceled last year due to the pandemic would be making their return.

Among them, was the 2021 Halloween Crafty Costume Contest, hosted by Brown and members of City Council.

Additionally, Brampton will be organizing an in-person Remembrance Day ceremony on Thursday (November 11), which will include a March, Roll, and Fly past as a salute to veterans.

As well, the City will be hosting in-person events for the Winter Festival of Lights starting next weekend.
